Yitzhak Goldfine

Dr. Yitzhak Goldfine, born in 1936 in Haifa, studied law in Tel Aviv and Frankfurt and wrote his doctoral thesis in comparative jurisprudence. He worked at the Max-Planck-Institute and was awarded the Siemers Award for his work about Jewish law. As a defence lawyer for International Criminal Law and Economic Law he has taken part in more than 300 criminal cases around the world and has also written several reference books for Jewish law. He lives and works in Israel.
